Join us for TRI for Lewy, a half-triathlon relay bringing people together to raise awareness and support for those affected by Lewy body dementia (LBD).

Inspired by her mother’s experience living with LBD, race director Lindsay Weinschenk created TRI for Lewy as a meaningful way for families, friends, coworkers, and community members to come together for a day of movement, connection, and purpose.

Teams of two to twelve athletes will complete an out-and-back course consisting of a 0.3-mile swim, 14-mile bike ride, and 3.28-mile run. You can divide the course based on your abilities and experience. Kayaks may be used in place of swimming, and electric bikes are welcome.

Open to all athletic abilities, TRI for Lewy gives you the flexibility to complete the course at your own pace while raising awareness and supporting the LBD community.
