DESCRIPTION
The Finance Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring both its financial stability and strategic growth. The Director will be an individual contributor, responsible for the implementation of financial policies, management of the budgeting and forecasting processes, compliance, and ensuring transparent financial reporting to key stakeholders. This position will work closely with the CEO, Operations Manager, and administrative staff to support organizational objectives.
