    Marketing Manager

    DESCRIPTION

    The Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and strategies which support the provision of LBDA’s programs, fundraising goals, and increases brand awareness. The ideal candidate is proficient in day-to-day marketing activities, adept at meeting deadlines, and able to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-volume and, at times, fast paced environment and able to manage multiple campaigns and deliverable at the same time. The Marketing Manager will inspire and manage a team of two marketing professionals, provide project management, oversee creative development, and monitor campaign performance. As a member of the Marketing & Communications team, the Marketing Manager shares the responsibility of ensuring all campaign assets are of high quality, adhere to brand guidelines, and advance the mission of LBDA.

    Program Coordinator

    DESCRIPTION

    The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting evaluation, planning and implementation of learning programs at LBDA for people with LBD, care partners, families, and health care providers. The position plays a pivotal role in maintaining high standards for education and engagement. The Program Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Professional & Community Education and Education Manager to ensure that ongoing educational programs objectives are met and ultimately contributing to the overall quality and credibility of LBDAs programs and resources. This role involves collaborating across LBDA’s various departments as well as with people living with LBD, care partners, community organizations and health care providers. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing logistics, is passionate about using data to drive impact, and can effectively juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
